Terms and Conditions

  • We accept returns up to 15 days after receipt of goods
  • Returned goods must be accompanied by a completed returns form
  • Returned goods must be unused & supplied with their original packaging, any items returned without packaging may be liable for an administration charge. Customers are responsible for ensuring returns arrive in good condition.
  • We cannot accept returns of items that have been personalized e.g. special order
  • Goods must be returned with relevant promotional/free gifts, bar any literature.
  • Death Rider reserves the right to refuse the return or refund of goods deemed to have been purchased for anything other than private use.  This includes agencies, individuals and companies using the Death Rider ecommerce platform and returns process to procure goods for commercial purposes.

Refunds

If you wish for a refund of the amount, the maximum term for requesting a refund is of 14 working days as of the date of reception of the order. The product has to be checked by Death Rider and must be in non use conditions and with the original packaging.

The refund will be made using the original payment method.

Defective product

If you receive a defective product you must contact to Death Rider. Once Death Rider checks the product it will be changed immediately by a new brand article. Rider District assumes the shipments costs.

Size/Article change

You can have a free size change for the purchases made in Europe. The customer will pay usual charges for those purchase in the rest of the world.

Management of orders
Any order in Death Rider can take a time between 3 and 7 days from receipt, depend on the stocks’ availability.

At Deathrider.shop we offer the possibility to send our products worldwide.

Shipping costs are indicated at the time of purchase, and they are based on the selected destination country.

FREE SHIPPING TO Europe
Throughout the year 2021, we offer free shipping for orders over € 299. Offer valid until December 31, 2021.

FREE SHIPPING TO Spain
Throughout the year 2021, we offer free shipping for orders over € 149. Offer valid until December 31, 2021.

Express delivery
If you want even faster shipping, there is the possibility of Express shipping. This type of transportation is conditioned by the availability of the products. If it does not appear as a selectable option, it means that Express delivery is not available for that product. Express delivery shipping costs are indicated at the time of purchase.

NOTE: Deathrider.shop will not be responsible for any taxes, duties or shipping charges that may be applied from countries.

For warranty claims, you should contact Deathrider Customer Service. In case you have to send the items to the Deathrider Central for inspection or repair, the round-trip shipping costs, as well as the corresponding customs costs, will be covered by the customer.
